A QR code on the table that guests actually use

The card is the cheapest tool of the whole evening: in the right place, telling guests what to do, it gets 60–80 % of them uploading. Here is how.

Steps

Open gallery admin → Print templates
Download the “Table card” PDF (A6) — in your gallery colours and your guests’ language; its QR code leads straight to uploading.
Print on heavier paper
200–250 g, matte. At home or a copy shop for a few euros; A6 = 4 cards per A4. For a wedding plan 1 card per table + 3 spare.
Test the QR with a phone before the event
Scan the printed card with an iPhone and an Android. If it does not read, it is too small — keep it at least 3 × 3 cm.
Place it where guests stand and wait
Every table, the bar, the cake table, the photo corner, the entrance. A small stand or leaning on a glass — flat on the table it gets covered by plates.
Say it out loud
One sentence from the MC or DJ (“Upload your photos via the code on the table”) doubles the number of photos. An A4 welcome sign at the entrance helps just as much.

Set your own line on the card (“Photograph us the way you see us ❤️”) in Print templates.
Show the QR in the slideshow on screen too — guests scan it from the dance floor.
After the event post the link once more in the group chat: half the photos arrive the next day.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The camera on iPhone and Android reads the QR code itself and opens the upload page in the browser.

What if I change the gallery address?

The QR code on old cards redirects for another 60 days, then they must be reprinted — so change the address before printing.
