What is Pixelka?
Pixelka is a Slovak service for collecting photos and videos from guests at weddings, parties and corporate events. You create a gallery, print a QR card and guests upload from their phone with no app. Photos are stored in the EU and you pay once per gallery — no subscription.
Run by the event agency EventPixel. Agency clients get a gallery with their event included.
How it works

You create a gallery
Name, e-mail, date. The guest link and the admin link are in your inbox within a minute.
You print the QR card
Ready-made PDFs in your gallery colours: table cards, bar stand, welcome sign, invitation insert. Or we print and post them to you.
Guests upload
Photos and videos appear on the wall and in the slideshow within 5 seconds. After the event you download everything as a full-quality ZIP.

Photos live on a server in the EU, the database in Slovakia, with a daily encrypted off-site backup. No cookie banner — we don't track, sell or train on anything.
Deleted when you say so
12 or 24 months after the event depending on the plan; we write to you 30 and 7 days before. Guests can delete their own photo within 24 hours, you can delete any photo with one click.

FAQ
The answers Google and your guests look for.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link in their phone's browser, type their name and upload. Nothing to install; works on iPhone (HEIC included) and Android.
How much does it cost?
The free gallery holds 100 photos and accepts uploads for 30 days. Paid plans are €9, €18 or €33 once per gallery — no subscription. You pay with a QR code from your banking app.
How long can guests upload and how long do the photos stay?
Uploads for 30 days to a year depending on the plan, counted from the event date. Photos stay for 12 or 24 months; we write to you 30 and 7 days before the end.
How do I show the slideshow on a TV or projector?
In the gallery admin click "Slideshow on screen" in a browser on a laptop connected to the projector or smart TV. New photos appear within 5 seconds and the QR code stays in the corner.
Where are the photos stored and who sees them?
On a server in Germany (EU), the database in Slovakia. Only people with the link or password see them — not even search engines. We don't use, sell or train anything on your photos.
Can I remove an inappropriate photo?
Yes, with one click in the gallery admin — it disappears from the wall, the slideshow and the disk. For corporate events turn on approval mode: a photo reaches the wall only after you approve it.
I have a coupon from EventPixel
