Colleagues take photos all evening and marketing gets nothing out of it. One QR code on the tables and the screen — and the company has hundreds of authentic photos with consent, under its own logo, on a server in the EU.
What you get

Your logo, your colours
Company logo in the gallery header and on the screen, partner logos between photos in the slideshow.
Consent before upload
You write the consent text yourself (GDPR, marketing). The time of consent is stored with every photo; photos with consent can be downloaded separately.
Approval mode
A photo reaches the screen only after a moderator approves it. Indispensable with the CEO on stage.
Lead capture
Guests enter a name and e-mail before uploading, optionally newsletter consent. CSV export.
Data in the EU
Server in Germany, database in Slovakia, data processing agreement on request. No transfers outside the EU.
One QR for entry and photos
For EventPixel clients: the guest invitation carries both the ticket QR and the gallery QR.

How to get the most out of it
- QR on badges (lanyards) and on the screen — not only on tables.
- Turn approval mode on before the official part and off afterwards.
- We send guests a thank-you e-mail with the gallery link 2 days after the event, automatically.
