What event managers and HR teams ask most
How exactly does approval mode on the projector work?
When a guest uploads a photo it does not appear on the screen right away. The moderator (or whoever you appoint) has the moderator panel open on a phone or tablet, sees a preview and taps the green “Approve” or the red “Hide”. Only vetted content reaches the big screen.
Can you issue a proforma invoice and can we pay to a company IBAN?
Yes, of course. All corporate orders of the Event and Event Pro plans are handled with a standard Slovak invoice showing 20% VAT and the VAT number of our Slovak company, VitaCore s.r.o. Payment terms are 14 days as standard.
What if the congress hall or the cottage has no stable Wi-Fi?
Our web app uses an advanced offline buffer (a Service Worker). Guests can shoot and pick files even with no signal — the system keeps them in the phone’s memory and sends them to the server automatically the moment a stable 4G/5G or Wi-Fi connection returns.
How do we keep internal know-how and sensitive photos away from the public?
All corporate galleries are private, not indexable by search engines (noindex, nofollow), and their URL carries a unique 64-bit cryptographic token. You can also switch on an access password so nobody outside your employees can open the gallery.
