How a party differs from a wedding

There is no photographer, no programme and no hall. Photos happen everywhere at once: by the cake, in the kitchen, on the balcony. So “one card at the entrance” does not apply — the QR code belongs where guests stand with a phone in hand: by the cake, at the bar and at the garden door.

The day before: send the link

A link in the group chat the day before means guests upload the journey, the preparations and the first minutes too. Nobody installs anything or creates an account. For a party of up to 20 people the free gallery with 100 photos is enough; a bigger party or a ZIP of all originals calls for the Small plan.

Surprises and children’s parties

For a surprise, switch uploading off until the door opens and turn it on with a button at the right moment — the guest of honour learns nothing from the gallery. For children’s parties set the wall to organiser-only and switch downloads off: parents send photos but cannot see other people’s kids.

During the party: one sentence is enough

You need no host and no presentation. At the toast or when the cake is cut say “upload tonight’s photos with the QR code on the table” — done. If a TV is nearby, show the slideshow: the more people see photos appearing, the more of them arrive.

The morning after, and what to do with the photos

In the morning send a “thank you” with the link — the second half of the photos arrives, from guests who did not want to pull out a phone at night. Originals keep their original quality, with no compression, and stay stored for 12 months. Back up the ones you care about yourself too.

Privacy

The gallery cannot be found through search, a one-click password protects it and the data sits on servers in the EU. A guest who does not want to be in a photo will tell you — and you remove it.
