These details build the welcome screen your guests will see.

Gallery look

Pre-selected by event type. Fine-tune colour, font and cover photo after creating.

An EventPixel coupon = a free gallery (the coupon sets the plan). A code from your photographer, DJ or planner = a discount on a paid plan.

Fill in for multi-day events (e.g. a vacation, a multi-day conference) — the upload window is counted from this date, not from the start.

Set a password and next time you can sign in to gallery admin directly, not just via the e-mail link.

3. Would you like a permanent profile as well? optional

You do not need to register if this is a one-off event. If you are a professional or a company, the same account opens EventPixel too.

FAQ

The answers Google and your guests look for.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan the QR code or open the link in their phone's browser, type their name and upload. Nothing to install; works on iPhone (HEIC included) and Android.

How much does it cost?

Free up to 100 photos, paid galleries €9–59 one-off, business plans €99 and €199. No subscription. The free gallery accepts uploads for 30 days. You pay with a QR code from your banking app.

How long can guests upload and how long do the photos stay?

Uploads for 30 days to a year depending on the plan, counted from the event date. Photos stay for 12 or 24 months; we write to you 30 and 7 days before the end.

How do I show the slideshow on a TV or projector?

In the gallery admin click "Slideshow on screen" in a browser on a laptop connected to the projector or smart TV. New photos appear within 5 seconds and the QR code stays in the corner.

Where are the photos stored and who sees them?

On a server in Germany (EU), the database in Slovakia. Only people with the link or password see them — not even search engines. We don't use, sell or train anything on your photos.

Can I remove an inappropriate photo?

Yes, with one click in the gallery admin — it disappears from the wall, the slideshow and the disk. For corporate events turn on approval mode: a photo reaches the wall only after you approve it.
